Returns & Replacements

 

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on our products.

If you receive a product that is defective or that was damaged in transit, please send an email to customerservice@stoneleighcoffee.com with your name, invoice reference number and an explanation of the defective or damaged product.  We will arrange to ship a replacement product to you, and may provide a return shipping label for the return of the defective or damaged product. We do not provide a refund or reimbursement for any taxes, duties, or shipping costs that you incur. We reserve the right to require evidence of the defective or damaged product, including photographic evidence, before processing a return
