Recipe for Almond Syrup to complement your Stoneleigh coffee

Are you ready for a Stoneleigh Coffee break? For the coffee connoisseur after an extra special treat here it is – infuse your specialty coffee with a delicious Almond syrup for your coffee.


  • 2 ½ cups of water
  • 2 cups of white sugar
  • ¾ cup of brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of vanilla OR almond extract


  • Combine the sugars and water into a saucepan
  • Boil for at least 10 minutes
  • Leave to cool
  • Add the extract and stir well
  • Store in an air tight container

Add to a hot cup of Stoneleigh 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee and enjoy!
