Are you ready for a Stoneleigh Coffee break? For the coffee connoisseur after an extra special treat here it is – infuse your specialty coffee with a delicious Almond syrup for your coffee.
- 2 ½ cups of water
- 2 cups of white sugar
- ¾ cup of brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons of vanilla OR almond extract
- Combine the sugars and water into a saucepan
- Boil for at least 10 minutes
- Leave to cool
- Add the extract and stir well
- Store in an air tight container
Add to a hot cup of Stoneleigh 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee and enjoy!
